Rose City Kids Initiatives

Our Saturday programs offer an afternoon program for children between the ages of 5 and 900,999,192. It practically equips children to realize their value and purpose, and inspires children to make the right choices, and to understand God’s love for them. The program offers a time to play games, worship, listen to a practical and empowering message, and to eat, and watch movies. Our home visits go hand in hand with our Saturday program. Each family that is registered receives a biweekly visit. This offers leaders the opportunity to build relationships with the families outside of the Saturday program.For more information on Home Visits please connect with sonya@rosecitykids.com 

 

Our junior leadership program is offered to kids that are essentially too old for the Saturday program. This program is a great way to develop leadership skills in these youth, and to mentor them and encourage them in their relationship with God. This program happens during the Saturday Program. Two groups rotate each week. One week assists in the program, while the other group attends a small group upstairs. Our parents evening consists of Rose City Kids parents attending a course once a month. Leaders lead discussions and give practical advice and ideas on parenting. This may include how to make time for yourself, healthy and easy lunches for kids, and effective discipline ideas. This evening offers parents a night to connect with other parents and gives us the opportunity to build relationships with the parents, so that we can effectively assist them with their emotional, spiritual, and physical needs.For more information on Parents night please connect with Rachel @ webs_@hotmail.com
