VENDOR SET UP

​

Vendors are welcome to set up anytime after 8am on the day of the market.

​

The Main Street Artisan Market is downtown, so there will be limited parking spaces on the street, so after you have unloaded, we ask that you consider moving your vehicle to a parking lot. Parking is available at the Welland Market Square just off of Division St or the court house parking lot off of East Main Street. (Parking is free on weekends.) You can access the Rose City Kids property through the entrance at 116 Division Street or 99 East Main St. (more details upon confirmation)

When you arrive, find us at our Welcome Booth beside the sports court. Here you will be directed to your assigned space and we will be available for any questions you may have.

​

Vendors who select an outdoor space are required to supply their own tent. All vendors must supply their own display materials and merchant payment options. (If a table is needed, it can be coordinated and please specify below if hydro service is needed)

​

There are washrooms on site.

​

Fee: $50 per booth (approx. 10X10) -must be paid within 72 hours of approval

​

Because of the limited space, we will be selecting approx. 30 vendors. We will confirm through your email.

RULES + REGULATIONS

1. You will be responsible for all waste management at your booth. 

2. Please be understanding that the market will be a smoke-free environment.

3. All vendors must  have their booths completely set up 15 minutes prior to event start and remain set-up and in place until the event end time. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths.

4. All vendors will be required to show proof of insurance. Rose City Kids will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise or injury incurred during the event.

Main Street Artisan Market is hosted by Rose City Kids, a non-profit organization supporting children, youth, and families living in Welland. The Main Street Artisan Market is a selection of curated artisans/vendors including small shops, thrift resellers, local makers, food vendors, and more.

The market will take place on June 15 from 10am to 3pm at Rose City Kids, 99 East Main St in Welland.
