The mentoring program is developed to prepare youth for the Jr Leadership program. In the mentoring program, younger youth are equipped with the skills and knowledge to gain more responsibility and grow in confidence through developing and exploring their identities in Christ. The curriculum consists of a variety of approaches including experiential learning, developing practical life skills, and small group sessions. At the end of the program, the youth have the opportunity to apply for the Jr Leadership Program.
